1. Reasons for the trolley swing:
1. If both motors are not burned out, but one of them has a problem, generally compare the temperatures of the two motors and check the one with lower temperature.
2. The linkage shaft is broken or the reduction box is broken.
3. The two motors are of different models.
4. One side of the brake is broken.
5. The gap between the motor and the mechanical teeth of the contactor is too large, causing the bridge crane to swing greatly and jump during reverse braking and starting.
6. The resistance (rotor) wire of one motor is broken or the contact is not good.
7. The carbon brush of one motor is seriously sparked.
8. The contact of the linkage control console is not in good contact.
9. There is a problem with the bearing of the trolley wheel or motor.
10. There is slippage on the rail.
11. The trolley wheel is gnawing the rail on one side.
12. The operator level of the bridge crane is low.
